Cancellation Policy

All color services are listed as “starting price”. All color prices will increase slightly due to product usage!

A $40 non refundable deposit is required prior to booking for all new color clients. Returning clients who have a history of frequent cancellations may be required to pay deposits for all future appointments.
All cancellations/reschedules must be made 36 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If appointment is changed within 36 hours, a new deposit will be required to rebook.
I have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for no-shows. In the event of a no-show, the client will be automatically charged 50% of scheduled appointment cost to card on file. NO refunds or exceptions. I allow a 20 minute grace period for tardiness (color appointments only). After 20 minutes, client will be marked as a no-show.
I do NOT offer refunds. I will kindly adjust all services if contacted within 4 days of the original appointment. Color adjustments are based off of the original inspiration photos. No new photos may be used.
