Cancellation Policy
A $40 non refundable deposit is required prior to booking for all new color clients. Returning clients who have a history of frequent cancellations may be required to pay deposits for all future appointments.
All cancellations/reschedules must be made 36 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If appointment is changed within 36 hours, a new deposit will be required to rebook.
I have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for no-shows. Clients who have a history of no-call/no-show will be required to pay 50% of scheduled appointment cost at time of booking (non refundable). I allow a 15 minute grace period for tardiness. After 15 minutes, client will be marked as a no-show.
I do not offer refunds. I will kindly adjust all services if contacted within 4 days of appointment. Color adjustments are based off of the original inspiration photos. No new photos may be used.
